why would you want to do that ? ( I actually want a stiffer spring lol )
Got any ideas where we could get one? I'm right there with you. The throttle just doens't go up and down like I'd want it to, and wouldn't that stiffen the pedal a bit for us, too? I like something you have to muscle into. My new clutch is amazing.

i agree, someone should try to look into a stiffer spring, that would be awesome.

i wonder what that kid really expected to benefit from removing that spring, maybe he thought if his throttle would never return he'd his warp speed =/

I'm sure there is probably a logical explanation to this. Really...I've seen a lot of stupid people come and go on this forum, but nobody could possibly be this dumb.

well my water pump is stealing power from my drivetrain, i removed that last night. Also, i removed my air filter cause it was restrictive as well as my windshield cause of the drag it caused. I plan on racing at the drag strip in the middle of a dust storm with no waterpump, windshield or air filter. does anyone forseee any problems with this??also, how much weight will i save if i remove the 4.6 motor?

Im getting ready to do a steering wheel delete. Has anybody done it? I know it saves weight but are there any drawbacks to this.
I did this mod last week man! its a sick mod....You replace the steering wheel by using a lightweight pair of vicegrips made in china! Just clamp them on to the steering shaft at wherever position is best and huzzah! Steering wheel delete mod!

its a logical question guys. the spring gives resistance when u push the pedal down, so with less resitance you can puch it down faster, taking .00005 off your et!

youre right. last time i pressure washed my engine and removed all the oil and grit. i cut my 60 foot down by .2 im not sure if it was the removal of dirt or the drag radials, i assume the dirt.

I say he keeps the spring off and he could take the stock spoiler off and put one of those fast and ferious wings on the back and have him and his girl hold there arms out the window and become frequent flyers...
