knowing that my stang is a true dual exhaust, what would 2 cutouts do for me? any info and opinions would help

It'd be louder, but you wouldn't gain anything unless you're above 400-500hp.

Put it on after your mid-pipe and before your mufflers and you'll gain a couple ponies overall.

Switch out your mid-pipe for an X/H and put the cut-outs on after it and reep the benefits of saving $$ on a cat-back.
