cluster lights all messed up

cluster lights all messed up
as I had previously mentioned in an earlier thread my cluster light was being goofy and so I pulled it out and took a look at it and fixed it as best I could...it was running fine until I have my L/T's and catted X put in. do you guys think it is a cluster defect or something else? PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I've already gotten a speeding ticket for the thing not working
