He also said though, ANYTHING electronic will completely void the warranty, meaning a chip or what not. I dont know about a mass air meter, since they have 'electronics' invovled'. Hope this helps. BTW, id say longtubes will void it.
This is exactly why it is better to get a reflash than a chip! A good tune will keep the codes at bay & nothing will have to be removed.

I really need to call my salesman and ask him what I can do. I bought more then 1 car form there and have sent other people to the dealer. Also I know the service manager and the owner of the dealer. I'm hoping I can get away with alot.

just keep ur stock stuff in a box somewhere. most bolt-ons are easy to remove say a major malfunction happened.

All this means, is that wherever you have you car dyno'd you can have them flash you factory computer, so that you car will run at it's optimum performance level with the modifications you car has. So, basically you are brainwashing you factory chip lol. This is very simple, & can do everything you need from bump timing, turn off codes, set degrees on radiator fan, current A/F ratio, etc. SCT offers hardware, but they primarly deal w/the software aspect of tuning & a reflash is the best way to go unless you plan on running a Predator, & in which case you can set up to run factory stock, as well as with a P/A tune, & maybe a drag strip tune. Yea, that's a total of 3, but unless you are running like that, a reflash would be the best way to go IMO

i justa called, cant remove the fucin cats.
that only voids your emissions warranty.

All the stuff the guy listed who originally asked this question would GENERALLY be fine (unless your dealer is a dink) except the pulleys.

They don't like the pulleys for some reason [8D]
