just go to a procharger
If you already have the I/c setup and all the trimmings, there isn't any reason to go to a procharger, he is going to need the next step AFTER the DS1C to match the T or espcially the novi.

20 PSI on a 4.6L 2v? Good luck with that.

Edit: If you have the money for a forged/billlet shortblock and all of the engine support mods that are going to be required to make anything close to 20 PSI on a 2v (heads, cams, intake, etc etc etc) why are you so worried about staying with a 6 rib setup? Obviously you can afford to go to a 8 rib and not worry about belt slip, so pulley size should not be a problem with you.

BTW, didn't we just have a forum member that was talking about making 8-10 PSI on a 3.00" pulley? That would put it as having an even worse ratio of pulley size to boost....

I make 8 psi on my 3.5 pulley. As for my numbers sucking...I have a feeling it was heatsoaked like a **** after driving an hour and hopping right on the dyno.

Im not to sure the t-trim spins faster dont feel like looking it up but like already said the s trimwill bogg after 17# 18lbs. At 26 my currnet t-trim is holding strong up to 6800rpm the redline for car is 7400rpm but after 6800 the boom kinda goes away!

In any case, at 20 PSI your talking what, 700-800 WHP in a built 2v? How much power exaclty do ya need?

Its not the boost level it can achive you need to worry about anyway, this isn't a 4cyl (even if it is a small displacement V8). What you need to worry about is CFM, and the efficentcy level at xxx CFM.

Thanks everyone. Btw...it's a built and custom intercooled 4v. Although I appreciate the commentary about all the other things I needed to push that much boost, I’ve got all that covered, and really needed to know the boost psi based on pulley size. I spoke with Paxton and got some relative comfort. I'm going with the Paxton Novi 2000 and hope to push 20 psi. My goal is 650-700 whp. Wish me luck.

Yea me

I also have a 4 core intercooler with alot of piping! it'd be 11 or 12 without the cooler i imagine.
The 2000 is supposed to be good up till 26-28 psi. thats what paxton says anyhow. while a 1000 is more like 14 psi max
