I have 40,500 miles on my 04 Mustang Gt. I recently had an experience where I noticed I was able to push in the clutch a little bit (more so than normal) before I felt the normal resistance. I tried pushing in the clutch about half way then let my foot slip off it so the pedal snapped back up. Afterward, the tension in the clutch pedal was back to normal. I'm wondering if this is a sign that the clutch, cable, quadrent, or some other part is starting to wear. Anyone have this happen and if so, what did you do to fix it?
