http://www.mustangtuning.com/vtst2cas.html

i have a K&N FIPK cai
BBK off road x-pipe
SLP Loudmouth Catback
4.10 gears

so what else do i need? what is 2400+ stall? it says intake does it mean a CAI? it also says computer and spring upgrade, does that just mean a tune? and for exhaust is what i have good or do i need aftermarket headers as well?

Yeah headers would be a good buy, but you'd have to change out the mid-pipe if you got longtubes. So get some shorties if you don't wanna mess with the x pipe.
