Yes, the tubable induction system is a very good sytem. I have one and love it.
Yeah I know tunable induction is good I just wanted to know about the MAM.
Well the kind they sell (Pro-M) is the best you can get from what I hear. Is it worth the money, thats up to you. I didnt get the Pro-m with mine becuase money is slow and I didnt think it was going to add as much power as other parts could so i just got the CAI.

Is it fairly easy to upgrade the MAM on the tunable induction? I was thinking that I would buy the full length kit and upgrade the MAM later if I had the money.

I have the K&N also and included in the box was a dyno sheet from a 2000 stock GT. It showed an 9.7 rwhp gain after installation. Unless the sheet is total bs, I believe it. You can hear the thing sucking in big gulps of air when you get on it. Im very happy with mine.

I'm getting the tunable induction regardless because it's about 30 bucks cheaper than the K&N. I wanted to know about the MAM. Has anyone upgraded their MAM and noticed that much of a difference vs. the stock MAM?

I can buy 10 hp from the CAI. I bought my set-up from e-bay for $30 and it's a very noticeable difference. I'll have to get out the g-tech later.

The one thing I've heard about the CAI is that it leans out the airflow at the start until the computer begins to compensate for the additional airflow... so if you test your car immediately after installing the kit you'll get much higher results then if you test it say a month later after everything is settled out...

actually vert, your right kinda, but backwards, the comp would take a few days to catch up to the increased airflow, so yes it would be leaner at the beginning until the computer catches up,,,,, but that would also mean that when the computer starts adding additional fuel in a few starts/drives, then the h.p. would actually increase, not decrease.
