Default those with hid kits

im thinking about gettin hid kit for my stang. i need more light for the next thing im gunna do. im tinting my windshild i know most of you wont like the idea but im doign it anyways.

now for the hid kits. when your driving down the road do they bounce around alot or are they perfictly still like the stock headlights. i was told that when you drive down the road they bounce. i was thinking about getting the 8000k. i know they have differnt temps. i dont need anypics of them. all i wanna know is will the 6000k-10000k give off differnt ammounts of lights.

with the hids do you still have high and low beams and how do you all like them.

im not gettin the projector ones just the ones that you use the stock headlights with.

To answer you question on light output. As the temperature go up (kelvin 4300k--->10000k) the light output (lumens) will go down. So if you want as close to white light as possible...go for 4300k, the best choice for overall light output. (Some brands may even make ones closer to 4100k but I really haven't looked.

I believe if you get a dual beam hid, you still have your highs.

4300K puts off the most light but with the least bright color of yellow. As you go up in Kelvins the Color brightness goes up to white then blue and finally a violet color at 10000K I have 8000K and most new cars you see either come with 8000K or 6000K lights. they do bounce around but im not sure about whether its the lights or the fact that my headlight panel isnt bolted in correctly and my BK is weighing it down. There are dual beam HID kits. 9007 H/L beam HIDs. Just make sure you get a good warranty and stuff on them. Im currently trying to get mine exchanged due to loose wiring withing the ballast.

I have the 10000K kit from stangmods and they dont bounce at all. I also got the dual beam kit which im glad I did. You will be happy with the difference from the stockers...

I ordered the 8000k bi-xenon HID kit (i still have high/low bean) from stangmods as well, and they don't jiggle at all. its basically like replacing the stock headlight bulbs.
