Take the k member off and you will have direct access to every nut on both manifolds. It is really pretty easy taking it off anyways.

Then pretty much prepare for pure unadulterated frustration, busted knuckles and a trip to your local priest for confession.Unless you decide topunt and go toa shop. By the way, has this shop worked on 4.6LMustangs? It may be a dumb question but I had a shop quote me 200.00 on the phone for my longtubes. However, theywere thinking about a fox body. Once I showed them my engine, they balked and changed their quote to 500.00. Theyrealized they would have to drop the k-member.

I ended up dropping the k-membermyself (twice). Once for the installation, and the second tofix a leak. Get some stage 8 locking header bolts if you don't want to have to drop that beotch again. I saved myself 500.00 on the install but lost two days of my life and about an inch of skin offmy knuckles.

Good luck!!!
