Hey guys, I just got this 99 Cobra, I was wondering what kinda air intake I should get and what type of throttle bodie that I can add to my cobra, Looking to add these for alittle more horses.. Any one have any suggestions are what I should get and whats the best for the 99 cobra, Also how much they are? Any help will be hihgly appreciated... Im looking at spending around 600. Trying to get the most rwhp possible for the money that i have.

i'd forgo the TB for now, get a nice MAC BBK or K&N intake and a set of 4.10 gears.

ah i see. i read your other post too. well, i'd go for a nice set of long tube headers, little more power and good sound. i think you'd like them more than anything else you can get for $600. you may have to put them in yourself to keep that price under 600 though.

My exhasut sonds good right now, how much of a difference in sound woud it make if any? and how much hp do they add over stock? I have the know how to install them, but they are 600 $??? it better add over 5 rwhp.

Yes LT headers will add much more than 5rwhp, and sound better

Preciate it... I think I'll invest in a pair of those long tubs heh, This cobra is already the best sounding stang around here... Sound like That KB Cobra exactly ecept I have no KB (yet) Can you direct me were i need to go to buy them and how much? and what company to buy from?
