Default Pulley making a noise

ok, so im pretty sure its this pulley that is making the noise:

the plate that rests on front is extrememly lose, and i can easily move it around with my hand. Any idea what this pulley is for, and is the plate supposed to be lose on it?
keep in mind, this is the pulley on the very bottom left side of the front of the engine.

here are the details

the blue circled areas are these little prongs that are attached to the plate, there is a 3rd one that you can not see. they too can be moved around.

That is your ac compressor. The plate on the front should not move around. Check the little bolt in the center of the pulley, make sure it's tight. If it's tight you'll need to get another ac compressor.

Do you have UDP's????

That plate is the compressor clutch...im not sure if they still make replacment parts (bearing clutch pulley etc.) or if they have you replace the whole compressor anymore...

After i installed my UDP's i noticed my a/c compressor makes a funny noise when it kicks in.....still functions perfectly tho so i just turn the radio up
