Default Pollution Pipe leaking? EGR Pipping?

This is for the 2004 GT

Okay I'm kinda lost on what to do right now, I've been trying to figure out this "exhaust leak type sound" for over a month now. I've removed and relined my H pipe over 10 times and have no leaks on the H pipe (I'm told by a friends Exhaust shop)

He told me it sounds like it's the pollution pipping from either the EGR to Header or One that runs behind the motor I think my 5.0 had one between the heads but do the 4.6's have one as well?

I can only hear this "leak" on start up and it's like " press your lips together and blowing so they flap together sound" for about 3-5 seconds and then goes away. Once running and you rev the motor and look for leaks nothing seems to leak. I can somewhat hear a leak too when I'm under great load. like going 20MPH in 5th gear and pushing the gas to the floor.

I don't know if I should try and get the dealer to figure it out and have them fix it (I have factory warranty still) or if I'm going to get turned down because I have after market Exhaust. Stock manifolds Mac's H and Flow welds.

How hard is it to take other these pollution pipes? I can see the EGR pipping and shouldn't be so bad but the one in the back? no way am i removing everything!

TIA
Frank

it could be the egr tube. it connects from the intake manifold and goes behind the motor because it runs into the stock shorty style headers. Mine did it when I put the bullitt intake manifold on because itw ould reach. I just deleted it because it made a hissing noise from the motor well thats where the sound comes from is under the hood. Also when I did the long tube headers install they had the egr already blocked off so i just made a delete kit.

I think it's just Mac's midpipe... I've got an o/rprochamber and have the same thing, it sounds like I have a leak under engine load but there is no leak.
