I don't see why discount tire wouldn't be able to get them. Any tire place should. They're just special order.

Do yourself a favor and stick with the 315/35/17 They have the same diameter as your stock tires so you won't throw off your speedo, or odo, ect. They are plenty wide, I love them

FYI 335/35/17 are about .75" taller than stock/315's

I had 315's and when I got my 335's, I rechecked my speedo....no difference. And what do you mean by stock 315's? Just curious...

Doesn't the Diabosport Predator Tuner check for that? I could have sworn I saw that when I was doing mine for the gear swap. I'll have to check it out tonight. I'll let you know unless someone else posts it here.

not stock 315's....stock "/" 315's. they have the same height.

A 245/45/17 should be 25.681102 tall (Stock)
A 315/35/17 should be 25.681101 tall
A 335/35/17 should be 26.232283 tall

A tire is measured. Width in mm/aspect ratio/wheel diameter.

Hope I don't confuse anyone with this but..
To find how tall a tire is devide the first number by 25.4, This will give you the width of the tire in inches.
Then multiply that number by the middle number but put a decimal in front of it (the middle number 45=.45 35=.35 ect.) This is the aspect ratio of the tire (example a 245/45/17 has a sidewall that's 45% of the width which is 245mm)
Now multiply that number by 2 (you have tire above and below your wheel)
Now add your wheel size and you have tire diameter.

So...A 245/45/17 goes something like this

245 div by 25.4 = 9.6456692 (tread width in inches)
9.6456692 x .45 = 4.3405511 (sidewall height)
4.3405511 x 2 = 8.6811022 (both sidewalls together)
8.6811022 + 17 = 25.681102 (tire diameter)

Good math to know when changing wheels and tires.

335 div by 25.4 = 13.19" wide.. so you are correct

You say 25" tall, but unless your tire is WAY over inflated, you have a flat spot on the bottom, and probably some tire wear.
