Default Zex nitrous problem..

I have a zex bottle warmer.. When i flip the switch to turn it on, it kicks on gets real hot, then kicks back off.. its on for no longer then a minute... what is wrong with this warmer?? when i flip the switch off then back on again it wont kick on, i have to wait awhile then it will kick back on again when i switch it off and on...

Do you have a pressure sensor hooked up? It sounds like it's getting the bottle heated up to a certain PSI, then kicking off after that.

No i dont think it has one... my pressure is always at 900lbs

That's really weird. My dynotune heater has a pressure sensor, and say it's set at 1000psi, it will get it to 1000, then shut off for a bit. That's why I asked.

I would call ZEX. Their tech is pretty good.

+1 yes , read the tech on the product or call the manufacturer to see if this is normal operation.
