well sometimes when i reverse and then put it in to drive the car will almost die. The RPM's drop real fast but after about 1-2 seconds it goes up. Then it will go back downto 800 rpms and idle there. I have a bad rear 02 sensor so do you think that is the problem.? The car has 150,000 miles on it, so keep that in mind.

could be your IAC. You can try taking it off, and cleaning the crap out of it, although that didnt work for me. 4.6's are pretty prone to havin IAC issues, so I hear

actually it idles pretty rough. It doesnt shake crazy violent but it does shake... i also have a built transmission with a higher stall and better gears.. could that have anything to do with it?
