and also the midpipe will give u a lot more power than the catback... if ur looking to get louder and u have flows already... id say kill 2 birds with 1 stone and just get the mid pipe .. ull get a lot more power and youll be a lot louder, i say no on the catback for now

I have an 02 GT with a bassani off road x-pipe and flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers. I get alot of people saying it sounds good, I think it sounds really good myself. That would be my suggestion for what its worth.

the reason why i wanted to go with the catback first is that i wanted to get a onroad X pipe and long tube headers after the catback. im alittle short on money right now and i didnt want to have to spend like 700-800 for just that stuff as of right now.

does someone know a set up of an X-pipe and headers that are good and cheap while giving the same performance of expensive ones? i want the best performance i can get out of the GT. eventually gonna blow it but i want to keep it street legal so i want to keep high flow cats on it. we dont have emissions testing but they are fighting for it here and will win one day.

i think you should also check on the Midas Ravens. why sound like everyone else. but it is up to you but is nice to have people ask you what type of exhaust you have because they dont sound like Flowmasters!!!

with my SLP's all i hear from people is JESUS CHRIST (no affence) but they are louder then i can explain.. maybe to rediculously loud... even when i first got them on i was oh ****, this ight not have been a good idea
