yep hes right, i'm goin with a 2.8 pulley myself and i'm gonna port my eaton and a aftermarket throttle body through stiegmier. all that should get me 80-100 rwhp for roughly 1,500-1,700, cuz then you gotta get a sct or predator chip/tuner and i'll get a air/fuel wideband tuner. also get a k&n cai (fipk) your boost will go up about 1.5-2 and add maybe 10-15 hp depending on what mods you go with. this could bring you pretty close if not 500.

anyway i think 2.81" pulley is the pulley w/ the most amount of boost u can get from the stock Eaton S/C. u could prob. get 14-15 PSI w/ the pulley u stated
if it is not tuned buy a chip make sure u do that so u can maxiumize the hp from ur cobra w/ the proper air/fuel ratio. I recommend the Deablo Delta chip for cobras

it's not recommened, i was lookin at this site and it was a list of an all 03/04 cobra shootout. in the top 25 only 2 had gear changes. if anyones interested i can dig that site up. it listed all the mods they'd done to the car also.
