Transmission #2 just broke.
I hate these tremec T-45s. I wasn't even driving hard, I was leaving from my date last night, and 4th just stopped working, then 3rd. I have 1st, 2nd, 5th and reverse, but damn. I don't have to money to keep replacing these glass jawed trannies.

I guess that I'll just have to make due until I can get a new tranny. I wanted to go to the track Sunday too. Oh well.....

it's a pretty common transmission, you'll have to get a new shifter, can't see having to get TOO much more to accomodate it since the cobra uses it I'd guess it should fit/work nicely.

Is that a manual trany? If it is its probably a easy fix theres several O rings that hold the fluid for the gears if they go bad you loose a gear. A friend of mine had the same problem with a Mustang 2 and it was fixed for 50 bucks

Yea, I support the T56 idea. I wouldn't go for the 3650. It is a stronger tranny but not by that much and the both have there own issues, though I've never had one once of trouble out of my T45. I'd go with the T56 for sure.
