Default What is going on

On my 2000 GT 5-speed when I'm melting the tires off it cuts out alittle bit. Is that bad gas, traction control or what the hell is goes on. It want do it if the car is straight but will if getting sideways.

On the 2000 there is no switch for traction control.

Then you have a problem.

It doesn't like miss fire, it like bogs down alittle. A buddy said its bad gas but I had the check engine light blink at me once but has not blinked any more. The car is still band new its a 2000 with only 41,000 miles I never drive it so it hard to say if the check light still blinks. It still runs like new, just does it when the car is sideways. I was wondering if it has happened to anyone else
