Default RE: front squeek

i got it back from the shop today and they said it was the upper bal joints. they are not bad they just can't be greesed. they put some greese arround them and it went away but i am not sure for how long. I just like the fact that it was free. I would have done it my self but i lack a lift. So i might jack it up today and check it out.
Thanks

GET THOSE THINGS CHECKED OUT RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had the same problem, turned out to be my drivers side tie rod end, has the ball joint on it, our car doesnt have a grease fitting on it, b/c ford was gay then, turn your wheel all the way to one direction and look at your ball joints, if the rubber boot is smashed down, very good indication you need some new tie rod ends, run about 30 bucks a pop, for one side, you can this install yourself with just a jack, i beleive, shouldnt b too hard, then oyu need a front end alignment, but ask someone first because i know it is more involved than that, btw, yo could be driving down the road and that thing will fall apart and you will lose steering, not very pretty, i found that out the hard way
