Check engine light

Check engine light
I just put a mac pro chamber on my car and now when ever i hold the tack at 3,000 after a while the check engine light comes on. i took it to a shop and got charged 75 bucks to reset it. They told me it was because the car had been red lined. I have never redlined my car and don't plan to. i have heard of MIL eliminators but am cautious about buying things that mess with the computer. Any advice?

RE: Check engine light
if you have no cats, then you NEED the MIL eliminators. This "fools" the computer to think you have cats, and sends a signal that says your emissions are fine. If you dont have them, your s.e.s light (service engine soon) will come on.
oh, also to, thats b.s about redlining your car and causing the light to come on!

My custom tune acutally has the two rear 02 sensors turned off.
