2003 Mustang GT 5spd, takes 3.6qts (3.2qts per TSB) of? ATF or Syncromesh?

i might as well ask this question in here.... for my tranny i want to put in synthetic fluid for more power.... what oil do i put in the tranny if i want synthetic...? ive got a 5-spd manual. just want alittle more power to the rear wheels and less wear on the tranny.

I just order royal purple Max ATF fluid. This is what is recommanded by Royal Purple for Ford Mercon Trannyf fluid. you will need 4qts.
