Default Ticking noise from Midpipe?

I installed the Mac Prochamber today and there is this very noticable/loud ticking noise whileI accelerate. My car sounds like the muffler is busted. From the clips I've heard online, the midpipe has a smooth clean sound and mine does notMaybe I installed in incorrectly?

Do you get a new gasket between the midpipe and header/manifold? They are one time only use

I only got one in the box, I would assume that I need for for each side?

No, only one on passenger side is needed. Driver side is ball and socket! If you put a new one on, should be OK, hmm!

Your right. I'll go put it on. One more question. How tight should the bolts be, shouldI tighten all of them till they can't go in anymore? I would assume so but I'm just checking. There is also some ratteling now, probably becauseI didn't tighten the bolts all the way down...

Thanks. The site helps. I'll give it a try tonight and hopefully the noise goes away. BTW one of the header screws is stubborn and it won't let me get a bolt on and I don't have the original bolt that goes there, any suggestions?

most likely the ticking noise from the midpipe is an exhaust leak.

I had the same problem with my BBK x-pipe. Get new exhaust manifold studs from your nearest auto parts store and replace them; the stock manifold studs can't butt aftermarket pipes up to the header on the driver's side.

new gasket, replace studs because after 1 or 2 uses they become a PITA...mac tends to resonate sound outside the pipe anyway so it wont be nice n CLEAN
