Default Installing CC Plates

I have my Maximum Motorsports CC plates coming in tomorow. I am going to be installing them tomorow also. Will I need an alignment right away? I can wait to install them if needed. I might not be able to get an alignment until Monday. How far off will my alignment be?

You can eye ball it and get it good enough to drive for a day or two. You will need to get an alignment asap though.

I have no idea about adjustments on CC plates or alignment adjustments in general. Will the CC plates come with the same alignment as the stock plates now? I know the stock CC plates aren't adjustable. I am aligned for my drop now, but I am getting CC plates for when I get Coil overs.

no, you'll see once you get them. all of the holes are elongated for adjustment of both caster and camber. also, i'd call to make sure the shop can align lowered vehicles. i've heard of people showing up for alignment and the shop not being able to do the work because the car was too low to get on the machine.

questions during install feel free to PM me.

To get the align. close, try this. Before unbolting anything, take a measurement from thetop of the strut to the inside of the fender. Then take one from the top of the strut to the firewall. Once you have the MM c/c plates installed, you can adjust them to your measurements to be back in the ball park.

I am not lowered much. Only 1.2 in the front. I will have coil overs once I get this aligned, but it won't be much lower. Probably a 1.2-1.5 drop in the end. The shop I am oign to aligned me when I put the C Springs on.

I will do some measuring before I take off the old ones so that I can get it somewhat close. I want to install them either Friay or Saturday but I can't get aligned until Monday.
