Default UDP's

I have a set of brand new bbk udp's. I am skeptic about getting them installed because of the so called "horror" stories about the heat not working in the winter and things like that. Is this true? I need more power.

I hardly noticed a difference in heat or a/c after the install. If you already purchased them, put'em in. But don't expect to feel a difference in power either. They say they help but not enough to tell.

The only thing it will affect (temperature wise) is the A/C (cold) when you're at idle but as stated above, not a big difference. Your heat should not be affected at all since your heat is caused by the coolantthat travels through your engine, heats up then enters the heater core under your dash. Then your blower blows the hot air out of the dash vents. As for performance....you just reduce some parasitic drag from your engine. Might gain a couple hp but no big deal.
