All I did on my spring install was force the a arm as low as it would go (had someone else press it down for me) and I used a crowbar to force the spring in. I set it in the top, and used the crowbar between 2 of the bottom spring coils to force it in.

I compressed the sh** out of the spring and set it in there and then held it in place as I decompressed it

as far as i can remeber the front was pretty straight forward.

unbolt the sway bar, and tirerod. this will make the a arm go lower. yours should be pretty easy because the pro kit is usually a big drop the springs are alot shorter then stock. also make sure you unbolt the abs bracket so you dont rip off your brake line when you lower the a arm. do all this and it should go in like butter. well it did for me.

ok i finally got it. i needed to get a different type of spring compressor.

for furture reference for anybody who happens to search on this... you need to get a spring compressor that works from the middle of the spring with two plates. the spring compressors that work on the outside (the set of two) will be a huge pain on that short of a spring and because i couldnt seem to get access to both sides to compress it evenly in order to get it to fit. both of the different types of spring compressors that advanced auto had didnt work, and the one that did i got from autozone.

the rear was really easy for me. i did springs and upper and lower control arms in less time than my front springs and struts.
