try moving the fronts to the back and the backs to the front, if the steering wheel stops vibrating then you found out your problem is either bad balance or bent rim. if it keeps doing the same thing.... well, 10 minutes isnt that important is it?

Tires are out of balance! Steering wheel shake that disapears at faster speeds is a poor balance. Take it to another shop and pay the 5.00 a tire and have it high speed spin balanced. It's worth it since the shop you went to has probably has not had their equipment re calibrated in a while. Discount Tire is great if you have one in the area. Their stuff is checked every month.
