If this suddenly happened when you changed wheels, go back and have them rechecked.

The three things that vibrations almost always turn out to be are: wheel balance, u-joints or driveshaft balance. There are other tings of course, but I see these more than any other. ...and waymore bent or out of balance driveshafts than I would have ever thought.

probably wheel balance, does the steering wheel shake? if it's mostly the steering wheel shaking, you need to have your tires rebalanced cuz they messed up, happened to me before.

i have the same exact problem and have came to 2 possible conclusions after rebalancing 3 times ! ! !

#1 bent rim

#2 seperated tire

only way to tell is change out 1 tire at a time and see if it goes away

My cars hub assembly was wore out... I had to jack up each tire and see if I could shake it back and forth... If thats not it im sure its the wheels are not balanced, I dont see why they couldnt do it right the first time... but who knows, could be something else.

try moving the front wheels to the back and the back wheels to the front, see what happens.
