i just had the codes read today and they are coming up with a
DTC P1233 Fuel Pump Driver Module Disabled/ Off line
DTC P0442 EVAP Emission Control Leak (Small)
DTC P0455 EVAP Emission Control Leak (Large)

and i am smelling gas fumes when i shut my car off
would any of this have to do with me changing my fuel filter because that is when it started
and i checked to make sure it is not leaking and it isnt

Does your car have any mods? Did you turn off the fuel pump before installation? Not sure why that would do anything, but just throwing that out there.

yea we pulled the fuse out before we changed it and the only mods i have is a catback

well the usual fix of that is tighten your gas cap but if you smell fumes INSIDE your car i'm thinking a fuel vapor hose. the hole in one of those hoses only has to be .064" to pop a code. inspect hoses. tighten gas cap too lol. if it started after changin the fuel filter , i would start with those two hoses. you may have damaged them on installation.

well this code was on before i changed the fuel filter DTC P0442 EVAP Emission Control Leak (Small)and the others were after how would i check the line for leaks
