Default Will this fit my Cobra? (Only Two Hours Left)

Does anyone know if this will directly bolt onto my cobra? If not, what modifications will be required to make it work. My cobra is a 96, this tranny is from a 2000 GT. Thanks

Don't buy it.

Listen to the guy answer his questions, first it was brand new, 2nd it had 50 miles on it, 3rd it has 10 miles on it and after having it for so long he remembers the whole story behind the transmission pretty good.

I vote, no.

Right on man, I was kinda thinking the same thing. I really do need a transmission. My 1-2 fork is bent and my mechanic wants $350 to replace it plus parts ($20). I could almost by a rebuilt T45 for that.........I found one for $475 for a cobra so I think I'm going that route. Either that or I could spend the $20 for the fork and do it myself, but I don't know anything about transmissions. Thanks For the Reply

You don't need a whole new transmission to fix the fork man!!

Have another shop quote you on a price.

Ever rip apart a T-45... LOL> good luck with rebuilding it. T-5s are nothing. I can rebuild one in about 2 hours. The TR-3650's are a nightmare also. GOD damn that TSB! But yeah. go with a new trans or do a full rebuild. what if you spend that money and have another fork go, of even a syncro.... Then you pay twice. See what i mean!
