EDIT - forget that I did not look closely at the pic of your car but your name has 89 in it.So.......
If the problem still exists after the plugs and they were gapped properly then you could do the wires as a next step.
I would also change the fuel filter as it could be clogged. I have seen 1 case of a faulty fuel pump causing symptoms like this when cold at start up.

Try cycling the key on and off 3 times Before you crank it....this allows pressure to build....Do it slow....on 5 seconds ,off 5 seconds....3 times....then crank it and see if its easier to start ,,if so,,,,fuel pump,,clogged fuel filter, bad fuel regulator,,etc....

today i took off the egr and the iac and cleaned the carbon bulid up out of them(non related problemas far as i thought (the rpms were hanging more then stock should))and i put it back together and started it up it took like 20 seconds it was cranking so long that i thought the battery was gonna die b4 it started then it started n then i let it sit for about 4 hours and it started up fine 2 cranks ill let u guys know if it happiens again
