Default PI Head tech

Ok, is there and techical difference between the heads that come on the 4.6L and 5.4L? I see a lot of times places are selling heads and they say 4.6 and 5.4 on them, or are they just saying that in a way as they are both avalible?

I used 5.4L heads on my car when doing a PI swap. They're the same. The only difference was the passenger side timing chain guides. Other than that it's the same thing.
