All you need is the motor...
You have to use the 98 wiring harness and yes that means keeping the Non-coil on plug setup. (which I think is better anyway) I did the same swap last year. You wont need a tune but you'll get better/more MPG/HP if you have the correct fuel maps loaded into your ecu for the more efficient heads. You'll have to buy a new clutch so don't forget that, like I did. ANd at the last minute had to throw in a cheap Autozone one... After the swap with the basic bolt ons that I have I made 261rwhp... sweet thanks. ive never swapped a motor though(only a headswap on a v6 stang and a 5.0), and i just put a new king cobra clutch in about 1.5k miles ago, took me, my dad and a friend only 2 nights
