Default making my 2v into a 4v motor

Im planning everything out for my kenne bell setup and I will be forging my bottom end. So instead of putting on some ported PI heads, i want to put on the better flowing ported 4v heads. What else do i need to change to make these heads work besides the timing cover? ECM? any sensors?
