Well they finally got back to me after a day, everything is included in the kit for final assmebly except:
PI Intake gaskets
Altenator bracket
Valve cover Gaskets
Water tube
Timing cover gaskets

Depending on how much these are it still may be cheeper

I hope they include new head bolts in that kit. You can get a swap kit with all the gaskets and bolts plus a new oil dipstick tube HERE. You only need the alternator bracket if you're putting Windsor heads (1999-2000) on a Romeo block. The only extra component you will need that the Steeda kit doesn't have is a new heater tube which runs underneath the intake through the valley of the engine. SHM has a good price, but I've heard horror stories about them, so it's up to you if you want to take the chance.

Don't take my word on that, it's just what I've heard. I've had several people tell me they didn't have to use a new bracket. I'm going to do the head swap shortly as soon as my package arrives so I'll know for sure.

this is a very nice site... also check in the videos section... they now have the worlds fastest 5 speed stang .. they take the tremec and make it bullit proof... very impressive videos... one mustang pulls a wheely in first... slams it down and pulls a wheely in second again! then i think a little it third !!!
