Default detroit locker

Some guy is selling his detoit locker from his 07 Mustang GT and its for 31 spline axles because thats what come stock on the 05-07 Stangs. I obviously need new axles but do I need new c-clips? He wasn't sure and told me to ask you 99-04 guys. I'm getting it for $275 so is this a good price? It only has 5,000 miles on it.

Clips should come with the axles, I would think. New clips wouldn't be a bad idea, in any case. Even better, though, would be a clip eliminator kit...
