Fram is junk get a Napa filter or Bosch 3410 is good too, Ford is good as well, I'd go mobile or Castrol tho

I will never EVER buy another Bosche product again. One of their spark plugs shot through my cylinder head and costed $600 to have Ford re-thread the heads.

I didn't put them in, but the dumbass last owner did. ALWAYS use Motorcraft or Autolite.

Royal Purple Full Synthetic 5W-30, with a KN Performance filter. =)

Agree. Unless you have a special application, you can throw all the gimmicks out the window. Motorcraft from you Ford dealer is the way to go.

I use 10W-30 Napa Full Synthetic Oil. I'm not sure how good Napa is because I'm using it for the first time, but I get it for really cheap from my dad. I use a little less than 6.5 quarts of oil each change.

AMSOIL with an AMSOIL filter, they are rated for 25000 miles or one year Gurranteed, and if you have F/I it is 15000 miles or one year on a change. they have made synthetic oil for over 35 years and know what they are doing. It cost a bit more to buy but u only have to change once a year onstead of 8 times. You get way better engine protection and you save alot of money. The only oil ever used in my car, and will stay that way.
