tranny oil for my stang?
ok.. i need to pick up some synthetic tranny oil tomorrow so i can put in my new shifter. what oil should i put in? they say to put in MERCON ATF!!! i was like wtf, thats auto tranny fluid and i got a 5-spd... then someone told me to put in 90 weight which seems way to thick... what do i put in?

Use royal purple Max ATF. I just did an install on mine Wrote this it may help 
Not sure what you have a for a shifter but it should be about the same.
