ashamed of my stang
alright u guys all know i have the automatic 2004 GT mustang, i know its crappy cause its auto, and im hating it cause all my friends make fun of it, (even girls!), cause its an auto, and i have to keep this thing for 2 more years, what the hell am i gonna do. cant return a lease earlier, unless theres a way? i want another GT mustang but manual.

dude i feel the same way but guess what....you can get a shift kit and make your auto more bad *** than a manual!!! (well almost hehe)

ya dude , manual IS the shiz, that is IF u have it. IF u have an auto... u make that the shiz...
the way it works in life is to be happy with what u have and make the best of it,LEARN TO LOVE IT. otherwise youll be kicking youself in the face for the rest of your years on this lovley old planet for one reason or another....

all those are great suggestions, but the FEEL of driving a manual is still lost with AOD. I don't care if an auto is superior to my manual, I can still "yell" it to shift whenever I want. But if you must keep the car get a shift kit, stall converter etc...

drving a stick in a city with traffic is terrible. some say its all good, all it takes is getting used to.

After owning a car with a mean shift kit...being able to break loose while you scratch your nuts with one hand and just mash the gas is pretty sweet.
Just spend a couple hundred bucks on a shift kit and you'll be happy.
