i run 93 1. i have a tuner that i run on the 93 tune 2. i have nitrous 3. i have always believed that if you use a cleaner burning fuel your motor will be cleaner and not carbon up.

I run a mix of 91 and 87. If there was 89 up here, I'd use that. I don't get the best mileage out of 87, but the mix provides about the best mileage.

+1 I run 93 for less detonation and a cleaner fuel system!!! I don't run it for that "extra power" everyone thinks it's for! Detonation is the worse thing for an engine!!!!!!!!

I hadn't heard that one yet...93 Octane gas will not harm any car, however it also won't add anything unless you've tuned for it.

In stock form, your GT isn't going to run any better nor any worse on any octane at or above 87.

.

I use that NOS "racing" or the "off road" formula. Its a black bottle thats packaged inside a carboard box. It was reccomended by kenne bell, to reduce detonation caused by s/c and my tune. Its almost 10bux a bottle but it works great.

oh BTW for those that didn't know you can make your own race gas with paint thinner. I'm sure if you do a google search it'll probably show the formula.
