Default rear suspension set up need info?

I am planning on doin the eibach sportlines, Lakewood shocks/struts, lakewood traction action lift lower control arms replacement, and lakewood upper control arms. Along with Ford Racing caster camber plates and alignment. Would this be a good set up for light drap racing? I plan on running this will full bolts on and a 100-125 fogger setup.

Should I go with the sportlines or drag kit? I want the ultra low stance of the sportlines but the performance of the drag kit.

Any type of lowering spring will hurt ya at the track.

A drag kit is not a lowering springs. The drag kit will work well.

Maybe you should look into a type of coilover so you can go low for the street and whatever you want for racing.

I have a cheap drag setup and I'm pretty low (about 1.75"). Front: lakewood 90/10 drag struts, 4cyl fox body springs (cut), no front swaybar, Rear: Tokico (bullitt shocks), FRPP "C" springs with the dead coil cut. Pics in gallery

That is to say any spring designed soley as a lowering spring will hurt you, but a spring that is designed for drag racing and happens to lower the car should not.

I got a decent drop out of my fox 4cyl fronts and roush racing d/r springs in the rear. its not ultra low, but it looks just right to me.

Any setup that has you almost dragging the ground like a low rider cruising down a south L/A street isn't going to work well for drag racing.

my car doesn't quite drag the ground but when someone is in it, it's pretty low

ok ok, how bout this, sportlines up front with lakewood 90/10's, and the drag kit out back with this lower control arm set up http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...53297_-1_10441I have a "better" control arm that I could lower if need be to my desired height? Would this be better?

I'd suggest my setup. I think the front with sportlines is going to be way too stiff for drag racing. If you put the sportlines on the back you'd probably be okay.
