Is there more potential in a T trim or what?
ohhhhhhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

put it this way.. i make 550RWHP with my S maxed the hell out... a guy i know that goes to the same shop has a T trim with similar mods (except stage 2 instead of 3 heads) and made 650RWHP on pump gas and 680RWHP on race.

A guy local told me if I go to small of a s/c pulley size on my s/c,that I will over run the s/c and mess it up.. Well what is the smallest pulley you can put on one, and what is the smallest size that would be safe w/o having to worry about it... Thanks man

Edit: Also, If I decide to go a smaller s/c pulley, will I have to install a diff crank pulley?

It's really not that you'd be over spinning it, it's that it gets ineffeciant. If you try to go more than 15 or so lbs of boost on a s trim it starts creating too much heat. A t trim is capable of creating more boost effeciantly.

I run the car at the track yesterday. I only got to make two passes. The first pass was on motor. I left at 3500 just to see how it was gonna act. I usually leave around 4500. I had a 1.71 60 and went a 7.74 at 92 mph. I know I can get 7.6s out of it. I tried to make a pass on the nitrous but it spun really bad off the line with a 1.83 60 ft and I missed 3rd. Took me what felt like a second to get it in gear, I had to wait on the rpms to come back down before it would go. I got back into it once I got it in gear, still on the nitrous and went a 8.3. Can't remember what mph though. I'm gonna swap the "on" chip out for a 4000 so I can leave at 3500 and get a few feet out before the nitrous turns on.

HOLY *****!!! LOL, very nice... Your 60ft's are awesome and your trap speed is insane... Too bad it wasnt a 1/4 so we could see what it did then... Does your nitrous only have 1 stage? Only use it on launch?

Yea, it's only one stage. I want to spray it all the way through. I can't run the quarter because of my gears. Everyone that's been wondering about 4.30 gears, at 6500 rpms in fourth gear my car ran 111 mph. I'd have to go to fifth in the quarter.

Talking about a trap speed thats insane, a local guy in a Ws6 TA has a built motor, aftermarket heads, cam, etc.. and has I believe a 200 shot, and he runs low 7's in the 1/8 at 118mph... I dont see how he does it.. They said he shoud be in the mid to low 6's easy with a trap like that, but I dont know..

Best I ever ran was 8.110 @ 94.xx MPH. Soooooo sad.

...in my toy car though - not the Mustang! Hey, and that's only got a mild 440 in it. Nothing serious at all. Car weighs 3800 with me in it, so I guess it's making decent power though.

You obviously have the power. Just looks like your having problems hooking out of the hole.
