Alright. Ive got the funds to buy either a Kenne Bell OR a hellion turbo system. Im debating on which one would be best. Discuss.
KB FTW!!! bunch of low end torque, which a 4.6 could use help on, plus no turbo lag.

I'd say the KB. In my opinoin, every time I hear the word turbo I think of rice. Probably cause that's what I've seen most of them on. Haven't really seen to many turbo ponys. But its up to you man. Glad to hear you're able to get such a nice toy like that. Good luck.

I say go for the HP perfomrance TT. 555 ft/lbs @ 8 PSI, is that enough tourque for you??? Im with needstangspeed. TURBO FTW. . . . Dont get me wrong I love KB's, but turbo are just more efficient. Efficiency is the key to power, lag isnt really a problem. Hope this helps.

If he plans on keeping the stock bottom end then a turbo being "more efficient" doesnt matter. They can both max out the stock guts very easily. I vote for the KB. Best thing would be to ride with someone that either has a turbo or KB car. That might help you out.

Based on experience I would go with the K/B Its the most fun you can have in one package and you don't have to do your short block right away.

KB = cleaner install

Turbo = complex install

Both will provide a good power increase. The turbo is more efficient (even though top fuel is not turbo...), but that won't be noticed on a car primarily driven on the street.

Im not going to forge the bottome end for a long time. I just want some more power to help out the fun factor of the car. So i guess im ganna go KB and hope for the best. I love the sound of a twin screw. I wouldnt be able to max out a turbo ever.. probaly not even a KB, but the low end punch is the determining my factor. Gotta have it.

Go KB 2.1 unless you plan on building the bottom end.

If you do plan on a short block, by all means, a turbo is your best friend.
