Default No More 4X4 (Pics)

I cut my spings today and it looks, rides and handlesgreat. Only thing different I did was us cobra springs for the rear and cut them too, 2.25" front and 2" in the back. Go ahead and beat me up, but I had a 99 GT and put lowering springs in it and I will be honest, I really can't tell a difference, except in my wallet. Rice or not I'm stoked. If anybody cares I will post pics later.

Is it cheaper to have them cut or buy springs?

I just installed (Only on the front though...) Steeda Sport springs on my car. Right now it doesn't look like much of a drop, though it is dark. I have been riding around tonight wondering if I shouldn't cut my stockers just to see what kind of stance I could make.

Post up some pics.

And here they are, I hope the link works its my first time loading on this forum.
I did this myself along with a friend and it took about 4 hours, but we did the front end twice. After we did the front then the back, it sat too level, I wanted a little rake. What do you think? FYI, my signature pic is a before.

I like it, it looks good. I need to get my rear suspension put on before I decide what to do.

BTW, nice color

IMO cutting back is not nearly as bad as cutting the front!

how's the ride quality now? i heard that if you cut the springs it'll be too bouncy when you hit a bump. any difference?

It does'nt ride bad at all. A little stifferbut not bouncy, I like it better. You can tell the camber has changed a little in the front, but now it just corners a lot better / \.
