i have read the sticky by 20004.6gt. it says you need to modify the crossmember, get a bellhousing, ect. it doesn't mention a driveshaft spacer and(tko specific?) slip yoke. im not saying hes wrong by any means but i called the one dude at ddperformance and he insisted that these items were also needed to install the tko into a 99-04 mustang. i got the impression alot of people have done the swap with out these items.

it seems like the driveshaft spacer would be a good idea if the tko is shorter.

You posted this yesterday, and got your answer... you don't need a spacer, and its the same driveshaft yoke as well.

all you need are the bellhousing, clutch, and also of course the tranny.... and all i did was turn my crossmember backwards and it worked perfect.

Mine just has a small notch cut in it, no big deal.
