RE: HELP cylinder 6 is misfiring
I had a problem when I went to the track a couple of weeks ago, where the car was hesitating off the line and skipping. I had no check engine light on, but I was running 4-5 tenths and a mile per hour off in the quarter. A few days later I finally got the check engine light, which came up as ignition coil "B". I went to Autozone, and bought a coil and all new plugs and boots. I pulled one plug and boot out a a time, but could see nothing visibly wrong with any of them. I went ahead and changed all of the plugs and boots anyway, but held short on replacing ignition coil "B". I started the car up and it seemed to have smoothed out (no skipping). I held on to the coil anyway, as I was heading up to fun Ford weekend at New England Dragway this past Saturday. I ran the car and it ranthe best times to date, that I have been able to get from the car. Your problem could be as simple as mine was, I always eliminate the easy stuff first.

It happens dude, i had 2 of mine go out within a month and a half. fist number 4 and then 7 i was pretty pissed. i would suggest replacing them all at once. you should look into getting some that will transfer more spark.
