Lights Won't Turn Off...

Plain and simple, my running lights and rear tail lights will not come off even though I pushed the handle all the way in. Now it's draining my battery and my car is dead. Anyone know why I can't turn off my lights?? Did I blow a fuse of something?Any help at all in the slightest would be awesome because I need my car fixed asap...
