I have a question how much power can a mitsubitshi stock turbo hold?
Do you think 400 hp on 8lbs is possible ?
it has nothing to do to me but this kid in his cavalier says thats what its pushing. so i just thought that turbo would be maxed out at like 300 hp the most.

i 16G will max out around 300hp if he has a 16G Evo its thebigger one and lots of DSM guys are swapping over to them and being able to put down close to 4 because it has a smaller exhaust housing and bigger compressor housing so no turbo lag and more boost

There are3 types of 16g turbo. The small 16g will flow at max mid 30s lbs/min and is good for about 330-350awhp on an awd DSM. The large 16g will flow at maxvery high 30s lbs/min and is good for about 350-380awhp. The EVO 16g maxes out at 44 lbs/min and there have been people who can squeek past 400awhp but it requires some more serious modifications. You can't just up the boost to 25psi and expect 400. I can only speak for the DSMs but to get over 400 on the 4G63 engine, it requires an aggressive set of cams, a sheet metal intake manifold, full intake and turbo-back exhaust, bigger injectors, and one hell of a tune. It's definitely not easy.

Ive already raced him, and won by a fender. Awhile back but he wants a rematch.
Whats funny is he said he was peddling it, and i was like why would u peddle it if your losing?
And whats also funny he said I have to be the best drive he ever met because he has raced supercharged GTO's, AC Cobras, Z06's, and 03 Cobras and raped all of them but for some strange reason my stock GT Mustang was the only one that gave him a challenge.
So Friday we are going to the track to get some real numbers so ill take footage and show the results.

he definetly has some work done if you won by a fender.. but he obviously has gotton his *** kicked more times than he has won and is trying to make up for that.. a superchaged GTO? a stock 5.7 with a supercharger at 8lbs puts down around my numbers... lmfao
