clunking sounds from front end somwhere? Please Help
My car makes a clunking soundwhen I take off from a red light, and alot more when I make left turns. I have recently replaced my entire suspension. Has anyone had any things similar to this. If so, what might be my problem?

this is courtesy of cliffyk's website....sounds like you have what I have and i am 99% certain its related to this TSB:
Ford TSB 05-14-3 - Squeak/Creak Noise from Steering Rack when Turning
Mine does it too even with slight movement in the steering wheel and definitely during slowspeed turning and takeoffs. I'm taking mine to ford this weekend, or you can attempt cliffy'sfix on his website...

Not sure if this is your problem or not, but I recently found MY clunking noise. Mine was most noticable when turning while the car went over uneven ground, like on a hill or over a bump.
Turns out it's just the front strut pistons moving in their bores. there must be a rubber seal that drags a little against the metal piston. It's catching and releasing quickly, making a hard sound similar to when you run your finger across clean glass, just much louder. Not high-pitched, more like if you slid your finger across glass slowly. Sorry, that's the best way I can think of to explain the sound.
Anyway, turns out it's really nothing to worry about. I tried squirting someoil on the strut piston rod, but it made no difference. I plan to ignore it until I replace the struts.
If you want to check it out, try bouncing the front on one side and see if it makes the noise. If it does, reach above the tire and grab the strut body while someone bounces it. You'll be able to feelif it's coming from there or not.

I am thinking it is a engine mount or possibly the pass. side spindle. I can feel the vibation in the wheel and pedal. Besides my steering rack and all the suspension is brand new Eibach Pro-System stuff. When I put it in last weekend, everything seemed nice and tight.

I think I found my problem. My exhaust is almost touching my rear transmission mounting bar. So close, I can hit the exhaust wih my hand, and it hits the car.
